Everything is going great! I can't believ that Austin was ordained. That is so Awesome! I wish I could have been there. It is so crazy how quickly time flies. I can't believe that he is 16 already. Now he gets to bless the sacrament! Thank you for sending the picture that was really cool! I can't believe how big everyone is getting. Austin had a sweet suit on. He looked sharp. That is so awesome that you guys are going to saint george. That is going to be a lot of fun just like usual. There are a ton of members from here that are going up there to run. One lady in the ward said she will bring anything back if you wanted to send me anything. I will send you her name and number so you can get in contact with her. This past week has been pretty crazy with all the switches. A lot of the districts here have been switched around and all the district leaders are brand new so we have been doing a lot to help them figure things out. It has been a lot of fun. There are now 30 missionaries here in the zone so we have been pretty busy helping all of them out. Our zone is really young as well. There are 5 out of 30 missionaries who have been out over a year and the rest have been out 8 months or less. We are doing a lot of work to try to keep the culture of the mission.Saturday was an intense day. It was a day full of the spirit. In the morning we had breakfast with all the missionaries and the stake presidency. It was a great breakfast, We gave a brief training on our power and authority as missionaries. It was really good because we talked about what we need to do to see miracles. We are focusing as a zone on talking with everyone, because with all the new missionaries they are all a little affraid of doing it. We are focusing on it and hopefully we will see many miracles. In the afternoon we met with and talked with a companionship in the zone that was struggling. We talked with them for 2 hours about things that they need to do and how we can help them. It was a really great experience to get to help them out. That night we had a very powerful lesson with our investigator. Yes she was the one in the picture. The spirit was so strong in the room. I know that she felt it. We invited her to be baptized and she said that when she comes to a more full belief she will. It was really cool because she had been invited multiple times before. We are going to continue to help her. I know she will receive an answer.Tomorrow we get to go to the Temple I am so excited it is going to be great! The temple is such a great place. It is always a great experience when we get to go. There are always good things that happen. We don't get to go golfing today but hopefully next week, but we will see. That is basically all that has been going on here.Thank you for everything!I Love You!Love, Elder RINDLISBACHER

Week 85- September 23
Sounds like last wek was pretty eventfull! That picture is awesome! That is sweet that you got to meet them. Thats to bad that BYU lost but thats okay. It was pretty funny, A ton of people sent us text updates with the score. That is also really good to hear that those tests came back negative. I can't believe that Austin went on his first date. He's getting all growd up. That's pretty cool that he is going to be working at discount. This week has been an eventful week down here in Southern California. Transfer calls were Saturday night and we found out that we are both staying. We are going to be getting 2 more sister companionships into our zone tomorrow. That brings us up to 30 missionaries in the zone. Our zone is one of the biggest in the mission. This transfer is going to be great. There is a lot of potential here and we are going to bring it out. Due to the 2 sister companionships coming into the zone we had to move out of our apartment into an apartment with the spanish missionaries in the zone. It is going to be pretty awesome. Tomorrow at transfers 5 missionaries from the zone are getting transfered so we will be gettting 9 new missionaries here.Saturday we had an awesome lesson with our investigator in the YSA branch. She is awesome. In our lesson we talked about the Holy Ghost and how she can come to know that what we are saying is true. We also got talking about her desires and why exactly she was meeting with us, Because we thought it was because of her boyfriend who is now on a mission but it is actually because she really wants to know the truth. She has real intent and we can really see it. She does everything we invite her to do and more. It is great to see her progress.Saturday night there was a YSA activity that we went to. It was dinner and a movie. We went to the dinner part and left before they started the movie. We had what they call Juicy Lucy's. They are basically stuffed hamburgers. They were so delicious it was awesome. The ysa is pretty awesome. While we were at the activity we talked to one guy and he told us about a missionary experience he had with a guy that he lives with and he talked about getting us over to teach him so hopefully we will be doing it in the near future. We also might be going golfing with them here soon and we can talk about the church over golf which will be sweet.Last night we stopped by and talked with the Dudleys for a bit. They are an awesome family. They said to tell you Hello. While we were there I tried. . . . Moose. It was so delicious I couldn't believe it. I think I might have to go moose hunting when I go home. From Tuesday to Wednesday I was on an exchange back to my greenie area. It was so crazy. Walking the same streets I walked over a year ago and talking to people I talked to back then. It was awesome to see all the great members that I built friendships with. Tuesday nightwe stopped by mutual, that was pretty entertaining. When we walked in everyone screamed my name and came running over to talk with us. I didn't think they would remember me. I guess I was wrong.Love You!!

Week 84- September 16, 2013
Everything is going great! It has been a great week. So much has happened! I didn't forget his birthday. I have a card for him I just wasnt able to write the letter last week and I didnt want to send him a blank card, that would be lame. so I will be sending it today. I apologize. So what is a nodule? What does it do? That is really cool that you met jeffs aunt. They are a great family! I did get the package. Thank you so much!! That is so crazy that ryan came by the house. If you talk with him tell him to write me. Bowling in park city sounds like fun, and Airborne that is awsome.
Yesterday we had that baptism, It was a great baptism, she was so prepared and ready to receive the gospel. There was a good amount of non members that came and I know they felt the spirit. We were able to hand out 3 copies of the Book of Mormon. Which was really cool.
Yesterday we also had stake conference. There was a visiting authority, Elder Robert N. Packer. There was a meeting in the morning for all the prospective Elders we went to it because a couple people from the YSA branch were going to be there. After the meeting we went up to Elder Packer and Invited him to come to our baptism that we were going to be having that night. He wasnt going to be able to make it because he was going to be flying home. The General session of stake conference was a great meeting. All the speakers did a great job. Th e spirit was very powerful there and we had one of our investigators there. We think she enjoyed it. While Elder Packer was speaking he asked all the missionaries to stand up then he turned to our mission president and and said "who are your Zone Leaders" and he told us to raise our hands so we did. My heart was pounding so hard. When he saw that we were the ones that invited him to our baptism he told everyone what we did with tears in his eyes and told everyone that they should come to it. He then proceeded to talk to everyone about missionary work and how they are the ones that need to be keeping our planners filled. He promised that everyone has 15 friends that are ready and want the Gospel and if they prayed everyday for missionary oppurtunities they would know who was ready. It was very powerful. It was a really neat experience.
Friday morning we were getting ready for our studies and we started talking about some missionaries in the zone that we are worried about and one companionship came into our minds and we decided that we were going to go have companionship study with them. We showed up and started talking with them and they had a ton of questions, so we were able to answer the questions. At the end we asked if there was anything we could do for them and one of them asked if we could give him a blessing because he was struggling with a few things. So we did and afterward we were talking and he said that that morning he had prayed taht we would come over so he could ask for a blessing. It was so incredible. Heavenly Father answers prayers!
Wednesday we had our Zone Training Meeting. This was the best one I have given. It was a very powerful meeting. The spirit was felt very strong. We have received so many compliments on it. We trianed for the first half on planning and how to do it more effectively and then we had an incredible training on obedience. We had a great council and alot of the missionaries had great comments. Then we had a training on desire and we had a few missionaries bare their testimony. After the testimoniesd we watched the reflecetions of Christ come thou fount video and Elder Thompson and I bore our testimonies and then we had everyone go to their cars and ponder for a few minutes about the things that they learned. The spirit was so strong in the room. This meeting changed my outlook on a few of the missionaries in the Zone. The missionaries here are incredible. I was super impressed with them.

Week 83- September 8
Everything is going great! We are staying really busy. There is always so much going on which is good thing. Life is great and everyday is a good day.
This past week was pretty busy. We had mission leader council on Friday. That was a pretty good meeting. It was very intense. We were trained on planning and how to do it more effectively and also on how to be more effective leaders. During lunch was the most intense. One companionship brought up trying to get rid of the zone leaders going on exchanges with new missionaries. It went into a pretty heated discussion. I was pretty upset because I know how much they benefit the new missionaries. My companion and I did the most exchanges so far this transfer. We have done 8 and all of them except 2 were with new missionaries. I feel like the reason this companionship brought this up was because they don't want the responsibility. It was a long discussion between everyone on the council and president stepped in and said that we have our choice to choose if we want to do them or not. It was an interesting experience because its not normal for me to talk a lot and voice much of my opinion but here I was able to. Those meetings are always great because I learn so much and it helps me help the missionaries in my zone.
Saturday morning we did service for a veteran who lost his arm and leg from an IED. It was a project called homes for our troops. This group built the house and we got to landscape it. It was a lot of fun. We laid 8 pallets of sod in about 45 min. The whole yard went in in a matter of 2 hours. It was so cool. There was so many people there helping. I love getting to do that.
Our investigator is going to be baptized this up coming Sunday. It is going to be great. She is so ready and excited. She came with us Saturday night to a baptism and the whole time she had a smile from ear to ear. It is going to be a great baptism because her family is coming down so see, so we will hopefully be able to talk with them.
That is so crazy that Austin is turning 16, I can't believe it. Time is just flying by. I did get the letter that you sent from Grandma. That is great. I was so excited to hear that BYU won. I really thought they were going to loose, but hey they pulled through. We will just have to see how the rest of the season goes. Next game is going to be a good one. That's awesome that you guys have all been doing recycle. How was it? Is dad staying busy with work? That is so weird to hear that Austin is going to homecoming. He's growing up way to quickly. Guess what, Elder Ryan Smith got home from his mission last week. Crazy right. I can't believe it.
Thanks for everything!
Love You!!

Week 82- September 2
This week has been great! We still have been really busy going on exchanges but we had our last one yesterday, but we might be doing a couple more it just depends on what the President says. It has been really good going with all the new missionaries to help them and build their confidence. It is really cool to see the fire that they have. (the Greenis Fire) They are all pumped and ready to do the work. With all the new missionaries here in the zone we are going to start to see a lot of good things start to happen. There is a lot of potential here we just have to pull it out.
Friday we had Zone Conference. It was great. We were trained on using how to begin teaching, FINDING, TEACHING, and BAPTIZING and also how to give sacrament meeting talks. Since we got a new mission president they changed a couple rules so they told us about the changes here. It was really interesting to see how the missionariesw reacted to the changes. Some liked them, some were obedient and decided to follow them, and others didn't even care and are just going to do what they want. It is incredible to see how obeying with exactness brings miracles. There are so many incredible things that happen when you follow all the rules, even the small ones. I have been blessed to see many miracles because of obedience. At the end of Zone Conference I was talking with President and Sister Kendrick and they Said that I was one of the most obedient missionaries in our mission. It was really cool to see that people actually notice what you are stiving to do. Right now we are helping alll of the missionaries in our zone catch the vision of being obedient. Since the mission split in July there has been a slip in obedience with the missionaries but we are working on bringing it back to where it needs to be. The standards are set high here but so many lives change because of them. I know that mine has. We just have a culture of striving to be on a higher plane.
Sunday night while I was on exchanges in my area we were walking down the street and there was a lady who had just got home and was taking things in from her car so we walked up and offered to help but she said that she was fine and she could do it but we were persistant and she finally let us. As we were taking the stuff into her garage she told us how she was moving in and that her husband was on his way with the Uhaul truck. We told her that we were going to stay and help them. The Husband got home and when he got out of the truck he was not to happy to see us. He said that he was going to leave the truck full and empty it the next day. We told him that we were going to be back. We came back the next day and we unloaded the whole truck for them, It was so cool because the man is an evengelical Christian and they don't particularlly like the "Mormons" but we were able to talk with him and build a decent relationship with him and hopefully down the road his heart will be softened to meet with the missionaries. As were were walking away he said tha if anyone comes at us with a gun to let him know and he will go at them with his 14 guns.
We weren't able to teach our investigator that is getting baptized she was out of town but hopefully some time this week we can meet with her and teach her the rest of the things that we need to teach her to prepare her. She is really solid and has a strong testimony. I love Missionary work and getting to see the changes that people make in their lives to come closer to Christ.
Sounds like everything is going pretty good back home. I am pretty jealous that you guys got to go boating. That sounds like so much fun. I see people with boats all the time and it brings back great memories. That is crazy that Austin is in High school I still can't believe it. That is awesome that you got to meet Real. Did you get Pictures?
Thanks For All you Support! I hope you have a great week!

Week 81- August 25
Everything is going great! We are staying Really busy. Because of all the exchanges I have only been with my companion for 3 or 4 days. It is pretty crazy but it is really awesome to get to help all the missionaries.
Temecula is great! I keep seeing people that I thought I wouldn't see until I came back. I keep running into people on the streets that I talked to when I was here last year and they still remember me, it is pretty weird.
Friday to Saturday I was Exchanges in my area for the first time. That was quite the experience. It was like baptism by fire. I had no idea what to do or who to visit but the good thing is, is that I knew where I was going. We ended up having a good time and we actually were able to get some good things done. Saturday while we were out visiting people we were walking down that street and there was this man in his garage so we started talking with him and what he was doing. (He was brewing his own beer). It was pretty funny. But we talked with him about the gospel and we were able to share a copy of the Book of Mormon and he said that we could come back and teach him. It was really cool because he had a ton of really good questions, and we were able to answer them. It was a really cool experience because the missionary I was with has only been out about 2 weeks. The other exchanges I was on was in other missionaries areas so It was cool to see how they worked and how their area was going.
Last night we taught our investigator that is preparing to be baptized on the 15 of September. She is so solid. She says that the gospel and the church bring her hope. It is really cool to teach her because when we invite her to do something she is really excited to do it and she actually does it. She is a nanny for a family that is less active and she is helping the family come back to church.
There is a lot going on in the YSA branch that we cover. We have a few investigators and less actives that we are teaching which is really cool, but there isn't very much going on in the family ward that we cover so we are putting our focus on that for right now to get things up and going. There is a lot of potential here it is just a matter of finding the people who Heavenly Father is preparing.
Sounds like things are going great back home. Everyone is staying busy which is good. You don't need to worry about the package when you send it you send it so its okay. I can't believe school is already starting. Time is just flying by.
Thanks for everything!! Love You!!

Week 80- August 19
Well this past week has been pretty bizarre. I can't believe I am back in Temecula. I never thought I would serve here again. It has been great to be back. It is realy weird because I alreadsy know the area. I feel like I am in a dream. none of this feels real. I am now serving in the Butterfieldstage ward and the Temecula Valley YSA branch. I served in the branch my very first transfer in the mission. It is pretty funny because there are people here that were here when I was her 18 months ago. Its crazy to get transferred and actually know people. Temecula is such a great place, the people here are awesome! It has been weird being back because I have seen families that were in my old area that we worked with a lot that I have seen here again. I thought I wouldn't see them untill after my mission but I guess I was proven wrong. All in all it is great to be here. I don't feel like any of this is real. I feel like a brand new missionary again. Every where we drive I have flash backs and all the good memories come back. It is really cool.
Last tuesday 31 missionaries came to the mission and 3 went home. It is so crazy. 10 areas were split. The zone I am now in is basically all new missionaries. Every companionship is training except for my companion and I and one other companionship. We have so many exchanges to go on. I believe that we will be going on 9 in the next 3 weeks. My companions is pretty awesome. He is from Rexburg, Idaho. He has been out about 16 months. It is pretty crazy, because he was supposed to be in my MTC district, but he tore his ACL and had to get surgery. So he came out after that.
There is so much going on right now. Temecula is exploding. We have a baptism coming up here the beginning of September with a super solid investigator. We are actually teaching a good amount of people right now. We had one lesson this week with 2 of our investigators. It was a pretty interesting lesson. We read a talk by Tad R. Calister with them about the Book of Mormon. After we read it and talked about it one of the investigators but up some anti. It was pretty random but I guess this is what happens often. She goes to a church that is really anti. But we were able to talk with her and talk about the anti. I love the things people bring up, because they are always the same things.
That is awesome that Christian and Dad had a good time. Did they go to the usual place? I can't believe that Austin is going to be a Sophmore. Time is just flying by! That is sweet that he made a kayak. He is going to have to teach me how to do that. That's good that you got the package. Was it hand delivered?
It is so great to be a missionary right now. So much is happening and it is really cool to be a part of it! Everyday is a great day. There are so many miracles happening right now. Everyday is a new miracle. Thanks for everything mom! I Love You!

Week 79- August 11
This week has been great! We have been so busy preparing for transfers and the area split. It has been a lot of work but it has been great. I received the call Saturday night and I will be getting transferred tomorrow. I have no idea where I am going to be going. I am nervous but I am also excited. It is going to be really interesting to change but hey, that's part of the job. I will find out tomorrow at around 4 so In my email next week I will let you know where I have been sent. It is always tough to leave an area after a long time. It kind of feels like leaving home because I have built so many friendships. But I know the Lord needs me elsewhere.
Tomorrow this ward is getting another set of missionaries, so there will be 4 missionaries, 2 elders and 2 sisters. We have been doing a lot of preparation for them. We have been doing a lot of organizing so when they get here they can be most effective in their work as they try to get to know the area. It is going to be great to have another set here because there is so much ground to cover and it was hard to cover it all with just my companion and I. The work is going to explode here. Week 78- August 5
This week has been another great week here in Southern California. Everything is going great. We are staying pretty busy trying to find more people to teach. Not only for us but also the other set of missionaries that will be coming to the Ward next week. We have been trying to find them an apartment/place to live. We finally found one this week. All the apartment places we went to had waiting list up to 5 years to live there. Why would anyone wait 5 years for an apartment? That was an adventure. I have never had to go shopping for an apartment before.
We had a lesson on Saturday with our investigator from Italy. It was a great lesson. We taught her the first half of the Plan of Salvation. She is really smart and really driven. It is really cool to see how much she wants to understand and receive an answer. During our lesson we gave her an Italian copy of The Book of Mormon. When we asked her to read a verse from the scriptures she read it in Italian. That is such a cool language. When she read it in Italian she was able to understand it. We invited her to come to church with us the next day but she said that she had work at 11 and it would be tough for her to go. We told her that no matter what there was going to be a seat waiting for her. The next day at church she showed up and stayed for 2 hours. She ended up getting some one to cover her morning shift. She has a strong desire and really wants to receive an answer.Week 77- July 30
This week has been quite an eventful week. There has been a lot that has happened.
First things first. Preparation will no longer be on Tuesdays it will now be on Monday starting next week so that will be the day I Email on for now on. Friday we had Mission Leader Council and that is where it changed. We were all shocked at the change but it is going to be good. We'll see how it goes. Mission Leader Council was great. We received trainings on working in unity with our companions and also using the Scriptures in teaching. We now have to take the trainings that we received and train our zone. We have zone training meeting tomorrow. I am excited. It is always fun to give trainings I really love it. Sunday night was an eventful night. We were driving to visit a couple of people and while we were diving I called a referral that we received to see if we could visit him and he said that we could come over right then. So we drove over there to visit him. When we got there he let us right in. We started asking him questions to see why he wanted us there and what he expected of us. he cut us off and said "lets get down to thee dirty." He then started asking us a ton of questions about what we believed and things like that and he kept trying to show us a video but we kept saying no. As the conversation continued he began to be frustrated with us and what we believed. He pointed at us and accused us of being brain washed. Right then the Spirit told Me and my companion that we needed to leave so we got up and started to leave. We did it as politely as possible. As we were walking out he was begging us to stay so we can talk. That was pretty funny. It was such a weird experience. That was the first large bash that I have been in on my mission. While we were driving home he called us and left a message. In the message he acted like nothing had happened and he said that he wanted to talk with us. We will never be going back to that house. It was such a funny experience.
That afternoon we were visiting a less active member but they weren't home so we decided to knock the door next door. We did so and a man came to the door. When he opened the door he had a huge grin on his face and he pulled us into his home. He said that his mom was a member and all growing up the Elders used to come over and He loved them. He was heading out so he didn't have much time to talk but he said that he would feed us sometime and afterward we could teach him. He said " one of these days you're going to dunk me." It was such a miracle because we didn't even plan to knock on the door. We have been seeing so many miracles it is incredible. The Lord is really hastening his work. We have talked to so many people that say we can come back and visit them and share the gospel with them.
That is so crazy that Grandpa is retiring. That is very exciting tho. It is about time. That is sweet that Austin is on the 50. He's probably having tons of fun. How long was that foreign exchange student there it seems like it wasn't very long? That is awesome that you got an email from Elder Risk. Its a bummer, he is no longer in the same mission as me. He is in the new Irvine mission. The next transfer is on August 13. I am probably going to be transferred on that day but who knows we'll just have to wait and see. We still haven't been able to find an apartment. We are still hunting. We need to find one quick tho.
Thanks for everything Mom. I Love You!!!

Week 76- July 23
This week has been great. We have working hard doing. We found out last week that The La Costa ward is going to be getting another set of missionaries this next transfer. We have been working on splitting the area and all that fun stuff. We have been looking for another apartment for those missionaries. It is incredible to see how much the work is going forward. The Del Mar zone is going to be getting 4 more sets of missionaries this next transfer. We are going to be going from 16 missionaries to 24 missionaries. Our mission is getting 24 missionaries from the MTC this next transfer and only 3 are going home. 10 wards in the mission are getting another set of missionaries because of this.
I have been on a couple of exchanges this past week. Friday to Saturday I was with one of the missionaries from the Spanish branch in my area, and Sunday to Monday I was with a missionary from the Carmel Valley ward and I was in his area. His area only has a car part time and while we were on exchanges we didn't have a car so we got to bike everywhere. Biking around showed how much I am out of shape which was pretty ridiculous. Its always fun going on exchanges because I always get to learn new things from other missionaries and we also see so many miracles. While I was in Carmel Valley we set up a return appointment with a potential family that we stopped by. That was really cool because the work down there has been pretty slow. It is also great because I get to help the missionaries with all the things they need and I get to know them a lot better.
Sounds like everything is going great! Sounds like that foreign exchange student is pretty cool. I don't think there is anything that I need. Whatever you send is great except not very much candy, I am trying to eat sweets less. Thank you for everything! I Love You!!

Week 75- July 16
This week has been another good week here in Southern California. We are staying really busy, it is pretty incredible. There is really no time to sit and rest. I really enjoy it. This past week was a pretty cool week. This morning we went Mountain biking, that was a ton of fun. It showed me how out of shape I am, which is pathetic. It was really funny because while we were riding my companion wrecked into a bush. Luckily he didn't get hurt. Sunday we got a new Bishopric here in the La costa ward. It is going to be great. The new Bishop is super missionary minded so hopefully we will be seeing a lot of miracles in the coming weeks. Sunday morning we had a meeting with the Stake. Those are always pretty cool. The stake presidency here is really missionary minded and they want to get the work going here, which it is. Sunday to Monday I was on Exchanges with Elder Mather from Colorado. We saw a ton of miracles. Monday morning we went to a district meeting and we received training on accomplishment goals. They are goals or things you want to accomplish in a time limit. While we were there we practiced setting them. For the practice we set goals for that day. One goal we set was to help someone change a tire on our way back to la costa. After we left the meeting we had just gotten on the free way and there was a man with a flat tire. We pulled over and we asked the man if we could help him. Come to find out he didn't have the right tool s and he wouldn't let us get ours but some one was on their way with the right tools. So we just talked with him and told him about missionaries and what we do and asked if he would be interested in missionaries stopping by his home and he said he would like that. So we got his information and we will be sending it to the missionaries in Tiawana. It was such a miracle! when we set the goal we were both like yeah I guess we could try that and it happened! It definitely strengthened my faith.
Saturday morning we had breakfast as a zone at the stake presidents home. He shared with us the vision of the missionary work here in the stake. He is a great man and it is a lot of fun serving with him. He calls us all the time to see if he could come out with us or with other missionaries in the stake and he is just so gung ho.
We haven't been able to teach the Italian lady again because her friend from Italy just came into town so it is probably going to be a couple weeks before we teach her again. We are working hard trying to find more people to teach.
That is so great that Austin had a good time at EFY. That's awesome that you were able to make it up to their Homecoming. They are great people. They did a great job here. We all miss them but President Kendrick is Great! That's great that you have another foreign exchange student. Where is he From? That's great to hear that you guys got a letter from Felicia. I can't believe that she is going on a mission but she is going to be a really great missionary. I can't believe that Kaumana was able to extend his mission that is so cool! Week 74- July 9
This past week was pretty good. The fourth was actually a great day, Except for the fact that I didn't get to see any fireworks which was super disappointing. The ward here had a huge breakfast that morning so we went to that. It was tons of fun there was a good amount of non members there that we were able to talk to, and we invited them to come to church. Then we went and had interviews with President Kendrick our new mission President. He is such a great Man I am really excited to get to serve with him. It was a great interview. Then that afternoon we went to a huge barbeque where there was about 300 people. It was pretty awesome, because there was a lot of non members and we were able to talk with them and make some new friends. That night we did service for a family that is partially less active. We pulled weeds and moved rocks. That was the first time in this area that I have been able to do that. It was awesome because we were able to start building a good relationship with them and hopefully we can start teaching them and helping them come back to church.
Friday we had Mission Leader Council, it was President Kendricks first but it ended up going really well. We learned how to better build relationships and how to have more of a focus. It was really interesting because they were different trainings than we are all used to so there were a few zone leaders who didn't understand and didn't really accept it because it is change. I love it because they are things that I have been thinking about. They have helped me a lot. Yesterday we had our zone training meeting where we gave the trainings to the missionaries in the zone, they weren't received very well. It felt like no one wanted to accept them and apply them so we are going to be doing a lot of following up to help everyone see the vision and see how it will help them. It was pretty frustrating but I understand why everyone is a little bit uneasy about it. We are just going to do what we can and help everyone progress.
